Important Information & Registration Guidelines

Payment of the full selected package amount must be completed on or before 15 November 2026. Only forms submitted with complete details and confirmed payment will be considered.
Accommodation will be allotted according to the selected preference, subject to availability, strictly on a first-come, first-served basis (Rooms available: Standard 30, Deluxe 110, Deluxe Sports 50).
Every guest must carry a valid photo ID for hotel check-in.
All convention-related decisions will rest with the 19th JES National Convention Committee 2027.
The committee reserves the right to revise the program in the event of an emergency, natural calamity, or other unavoidable circumstances.
